The 40 bedrooms have been designed with our guests’ comfort and enjoyment in mind. Beautifully designed light and spacious rooms with magnificent views across the lakes and woodland, or access out to the courtyard garden.

Our Courtyard Premier Rooms are light and extra spacious rooms, beautifully styled and all boast comfortable Super King beds, dressing area and luxury bathroom with elegant bath and walk-in shower. Courtyard Premier Rooms have direct access into the hotel gardens and lakes and have their own terrace with patio table & chairs.
Our Premier Rooms are light and extra spacious rooms, beautifully styled and all boast comfortable Super King beds, dressing area, comfortable seating area and luxury bathroom with elegant bath and walk-in shower.
Our Lake Rooms are light and spacious, beautifully styled and all boast comfortable Super King beds. Lake Rooms have direct access to the hotel gardens and lakes and have a their own terrace with patio table & chairs.
Our spacious and stylish Family Rooms can comfortably sleep 3 or 4 guests (max 2 adults & 2 children). To book for 2 adults and 2 children, please contact reception directly on 01904 469922 or email stay@sandburnhall.co.uk. They feature comfortable Super King beds and either a single sofa bed and pull out single. Please inform us at the time of booking whether you are booking for 1 or 2 children, and let us know ages. Cots available in some rooms. We also have two Signature Rooms which interconnect and sleep 4 in total-ideal if you have older children. Please contact us directly to book.
Our Signature Rooms are light and spacious, beautifully styled and all boast comfortable Super King beds, and contemporary bathrooms with a shower over the bath. Some double rooms can also be converted to twin rooms. We also have two Signature Rooms which interconnect and sleep 4 in total. Please contact us directly to book interconnecting rooms.
Our Accessible rooms are spacious rooms with a Super King bed and can be converted into a twin room depending on your requirements. Also features a beautiful wet room bathroom.
The golf course was completed in 2004 and opened in 2005. It has already been recognised as one of the best courses in the area and hosts major amateur and professional county events.
Since 2004 the 30 hectares of new tree plantations and large lakes have become a haven for many forms of wildlife which can be seen as you play your round.

The Par 72, 6700 yard course set in beautiful Vale of York countryside is designed to challenge golfers of all abilities. Each of the 18 holes has unique challenges with woodlands, streams and lakes providing their own hazards.
